How To Check Your Call Statistics/Activity

Call Activity page provides an overview of active, recent, and statistical call data.

1. Tabs

  • Current Calls – Displays ongoing calls (empty in this screenshot).

  • Recent Calls – Shows past calls.

  • Call Statistics – Provides analytical data on call performance.



2. Filters for Searching Calls

  • Call State – Filter by call status.

  • Call Direction – Filter inbound or outbound calls.

  • Extension – View calls made by a specific extension.

  • Ring Group – Filter calls by ring groups.



3. Call Details Table

  • Start Time – When the call started.

  • Caller & Destination – Shows source and target of the call.

  • Call State – Status of the call (e.g., active, completed).

  • Duration – Total time of the call.

  • Actions – Possible call-related actions (e.g., details, listen to recording)



4. Call Statistics

This is the Call Statistics section of the Telxi customer portal, showing call data over a 7-day period.

4.1 Key Metrics:

  • Total Calls: 23

  • Abandoned Incoming Calls: 0

  • Call Abandon Rate: 0%

4.2 Call Breakdown:

  • Incoming Calls: 1

  • Outgoing Calls: 22

  • Forwarded Calls: 0

  • Connected Incoming Calls: 1

  • Connected Outgoing Calls: 6

  • Connected Forwarded Calls: 0

4.3 Call Durations:

  • Avg Incoming Call Duration: 6 seconds

  • Avg Outgoing Call Duration: 4 seconds

  • Total Call Duration: 1 minute 41 seconds

4.4 Observations:

  • The majority of calls are outgoing (22 calls vs. 1 incoming).

  • There are no abandoned calls or forwarded calls.

  • Call durations are quite short, suggesting brief interactions.

  • The CSV download option allows exporting data for further analysis.
