How to setup SIP trunk on PC (for Windows and MAC)

Follow our setup guide and you will be talking in few minutes.

This guide was written using Zoiper, but you can use any softphone as you like.

The following steps may vary according the chosen application and the operation system of your device.

Step 1: install the chosen software, follow the steps on wizard.

Step 2: Run the program on your PC or MAC.

Step 3: At the start of app, create the new account.

Step 4: The information to be filled during the account setup, will be:

• Username: this is the user of account we provided you
• Password: the password assigned to the given username.

Please use the information provided by us

Confirm by selecting the login option at the bottom of the application screen.

Step 5: Setting the host: This is the direction where your calls will be sent. Also in some applications can be named as Domain or outbound proxy.

• The host to be set is: sip.telxi.com

When you have filled the hostname, please click on the next button at bottom of application screen

Step 6: Zoiper application will configure automatically the new account, when system confirm that is done, will look similar to the following image:

When you see the next green button, please select it to finish setting process. As soon this is done, you will see that the status for new account is registered/on.

In Zoiper, you´ll see that has registered successfully, and could be look like this.

Now you´re ready to place your fist call from you softphone!
