Ensure DID Provisioning
? Important: Before adding a DID to your SIP trunk, Telxi Support must provision the DID numbers for your account. Contact Telxi Support ( support@telxi.com ) in advance to request DID provisioning.
1. Access the SIP Trunk Settings
Log in to your Telxi account.
Click on "SIP trunks" in the left-hand navigation menu.
Select the SIP trunk you want to modify.
2. Add the DID Number
Navigate to the "SIP trunk" tab.
Locate the "DID number" field.
Click the dropdown menu and select the DID number(s) assigned to your account.
If the DID is missing, ensure it has been provisioned by Telxi Support.
Select the Display Number if needed.
Save Changes
Click the "Save" button at the bottom right to apply the changes.
Ensure the SIP trunk status remains Registered (green indicator).
