Connecting Telxi SIP Trunk to Yeastar PBX

1️⃣ Log in to Yeastar PBX

  • Open your Yeastar PBX web interface.

  • Sign in with administrator credentials.


2️⃣ Navigate to Trunk Settings

  1. From the left-hand menu, go to:
    Extension and Trunk → Trunk

  2. Click ➕ Add to create a new trunk.


3️⃣ Configure Basic Trunk Settings

  • Go to the Basic tab.

  • Fill in:

    • NameTelxi_SIP1

    • Trunk StatusEnabled

4️⃣ Enter Detailed Configuration

Fill the form exactly as below:

Domain

Your Telxi Trunk ID

Authentication Name

Your Telxi Trunk ID

Password

Your Telxi Service Password

5️⃣ Get Your Telxi SIP Credentials

From the Telxi portal ( Customer self-care portal  ):

  1. Go to SIP trunks.

  2. Select your trunk.

  3. Note down:

    • Trunk ID → use as Username & Authentication Name in Yeastar.

    • Service Password → use as Password in Yeastar.


6️⃣ Add Your DID Number

  1. Open the DIDs/DDIs tab.

  2. Click ➕ Add → Enter your Telxi DID number.

  3. Click Save.


  

✔️Single DID or Range DID 

7️⃣ Apply the Configuration

  • Return to the Trunk list.

  • You should see a green check (✔) in the Status column, confirming registration.


8️⃣ Telxi SIP Trunk Details

  • SIP Host: sip.telxi.com

  • Port: 5060

  • Supported Codecs: G711-A-law, G711-U-law, G722, G729,G726,Opus,Telephone Event, GSM
