How To Change Your Outbound CallerID

How to configure the Outbound Caller ID in Telxi, there are two ways to do this:

  1. From the SIP Trunk settings (Display Number)

  2. From Calls → Settings → Outbound Caller Identity

1. Setting Outbound Caller ID via SIP Trunk (Display Number)

1.1 Access the SIP Trunk Settings

  1. Log in to your Telxi account.

  2. On the left menu, click SIP trunks.

  3. Select the SIP trunk you want to configure.



1.2 Update the Display Number

  1. Under the SIP trunk tab, locate the Display Number field.

  2. Choose the correct number you want to use for outbound calls.

  3. Click Save to apply the changes.



2. Setting Outbound Caller ID via Calls → Settings

2.1 Navigate to Caller Identity Settings

  1. On the left menu, click Calls.

  2. Click Settings under the Calls section.

2.2 Configure Outbound Caller Identity

  1. Under the General tab, find Outbound Caller Identity.

  2. Click the dropdown and select your Main Company Number.

  3. Click Save to finalize the changes.
