How to connect your SIP Trunk to 3CX or other PBX

                    In this guide we will show you how to connect your SIP Trunk to 3CX or other PBX system


                                             Connect your SIP Trunk to 3CX

Step 1: Navigate to the PBX system and create a new SIP Trunk connection, as follows:

Step 2: Select the country and choose Telxi provider from the drop-down list, add the main trunk number and then press OK (main trunk ID):

Trunk ID can be found in Telxi portal in SIP Trunks section



Step 3 Enter the number of simultaneously calls according to the existing SIP Trunk from Telxi Portal (depends on the purchased product):


Step 4: Enter the Authentication ID and Password , as follows:

- authentication ID ( the trunk account ID )
-  authentication password ( acquired from Telxi Portal )





Step 5: Navigate to the DIDs section and start adding the numbers (E164 format):




In order to complete the SIP Trunk configuration, please save by pressing OK.


Connect your SIP Trunk to other PBX system


In order to connect your SIP trunk to other PBX system, please see below:

  • Authentication type: Register/Account based

  • SIP host: sip.telxi.com

  • SIP port: 5060, UDP

  • SIP credentials: - authentication ID/User ( the trunk account ID )

                            - authentication password ( acquired from Telxi Portal )

  • Codecs: PCMA,PCMU,G729,Opus
