How To Add SIP Channels

Contact Telxi support at support@telxi.com to request SIP channel provisioning.

1. Access SIP Trunks

  1. Log in to your Telxi account.

  2. Go to "SIP trunks" from the left sidebar.

  3. Select the desired SIP trunk from the list.



2.Navigate to the Plan Tab

  1. In the SIP trunk settings, locate and click the "Plan" tab.


3. Select Add-On Products

  1. The Main product field will display the current plan (e.g., "EU Unlimited Plan").

  2. Under Add-on products, you will see a list of available add-ons.

  3. Check the box next to any add-ons you want to enable, such as:

    • e.g. zzzAdd-on VD test bundle (add ch)

  4. Ensure you do not exceed the allowed add-on limit (e.g., 0/3 indicates up to 3 add-ons can be selected).



4. Save Changes

  1. Click "Save" at the bottom of the screen to apply the changes.

  2. If the "Save" button is disabled, ensure that at least one valid selection has been made.


5. Verify Plan Updates

  • Once saved, return to the SIP trunk overview.

  • Confirm that the add-ons are correctly applied.
