How To Add DIDs To Your Telxi Account

1. Verify DID Provisioning

* Note: DIDs must be provisioned by the Telxi Support team before adding them. Contact Telxi Support in advance to request DID provisioning.

2. Navigate to the DID Numbers Section

  1. Log in to your Telxi account.

  2. On the left menu, go to "Inventory" → Click "DID numbers."



3. Add a New DID Number

  1. Click the "+ Add new" button at the top.

  2. A pop-up window will appear. Fill in the required fields:

    • Country (Select the country for the DID)

    • Area (Choose the area or region)

    • DID number (Enter the DID number provided by Telxi Support)

  3. Assign the DID number to the appropriate SIP trunk or user.



Save the DID

  1. Review the details carefully.

  2. Click "Save" to confirm the addition of the DID.
